Yoga and relxation

Healthy Living workshops at Gilda’s Club Wisconsin offer hands-on, self-care experiences designed to support emotional and physical well-being. Led by trained professionals, these workshops help members learn practical skills such as relaxation and guided imagery, explore creative and therapeutic expression through art and writing, and practice mind-body activities such as yoga.

Workshops are offered throughout the month, with some available on a recurring basis and others offered as one-time opportunities. Keep an eye on the online Calendar for workshops that interest or challenge you.
