Part-Time Support Group Facilitators

Wisconsin | Part-Time | Approximately 3-5 hours per month

We are seeking two compassionate mental health professionals to join our team as Part-Time Support Group Facilitators. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who want meaningful, flexible work while helping individuals and families navigate the emotional impact of cancer.

Facilitators provide structure, consistency, and guidance for support groups while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can connect with one another. Depending on interests and availability, facilitators may also support educational programs, healthy living activities, and occasional evening or weekend events.

Live outside of Dane County? We welcome you to apply. Virtual support groups and in-person opportunities near you may be available.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Wisconsin mental health licensure (required)
  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
  • Experience facilitating groups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create safe, inclusive, and supportive group environments
  • Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance

Experience working with cancer patients, caregivers, grief, loss, or serious illness is helpful but not required.

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible commitment of regularly scheduled approximately 3-5 hours per month
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people impacted by cancer
  • Supportive team environment
  • Mission-driven work grounded in connection, compassion, and community
